Jennifer Van Dijk serves as an Administrator in the Department of Surgery and Critical Care at the University of Otago, Christchurch. Her primary responsibilities include organising undergraduate teaching administration for staff and medical students on the 4th-year Surgery, Gastroenterology, Oncology (SGO) module. She acts as the first point of contact for undergraduate medical students regarding this module, ensuring effective coordination of educational activities and support.
In addition to her module-specific duties, Jennifer Van Dijk provides general departmental administrative support to the Surgery Department's academic and research staff, as well as postgraduate students. Based at 36 Cashel Street, her role contributes to the operational efficiency of teaching and research within the Division of Health Sciences at the University of Otago. She also appears in divisional services and administration contacts for the Christchurch campus.
